Honeycomb anyone?

Stampin' Up have produced a beautiful new Spring/Summer catalogue full to bursting with all sorts of lovely! I fell in love with the little honeycomb embellishments, basically they are little balls you open like old fashioned Christmas decorations.  They can be used as ice cream toppers, like I did in this card, or for balloons, tops of party hats, the possibilities are endless.  This is a sweet little card I made recently that I thought you would like to see.  Then below that is Stampin' Ups own take on various ways of using these cute embellishments. They come in packs of 12 for only £4.50 and colours include Mint Macaron, blushing bride pink and white.  The white can be coloured any colour you wish using our reinkers and a spray bottle.  Check out page 9 of the catalogue order no 140566.

That's for looking in today, hope to see you back here soon.

Rose Garden

Happy Monday, today I am sharing my January thank you cards with you. Every month anyone who has placed an order with me gets a handmade thank you card from me. I really like to show my customers how grateful I am that they choose me as their Stampin' Up demonstrator.

As a special this month, to celebrate Sale-a-Bration I also give any customer who ordered over £45 worth of products a little gift pack from me featuring beautiful new embellishments.  So for £45 my lovely customers got a gift of their choice from Stampin' Up, a gift pack from me and a thank you card! Everyone has received theirs now so I hope they were all happy crafters.

It has been pretty mild here in Northern Ireland, nothing like the poor people enduring the awful snow storm on the East coast of American.  It has been such a mild wet winter that my spring bulbs are already well up out of the ground getting ready to flower and it's still only January!

Thanks for stopping by today, please visit again soon.

Oh, Hello

Good Morning, I'm sharing a sweet little card with you today.  I love the little chick with his balloon, I added the Oh, Hello because I thought that looks like what he is saying!  However the little chick would look equally as good with "Happy Easter". This is free stamp set from our Sale-A-Bration promotion.  For every £45 you spend with Stampin' Up you get to choose any item from the special Sale-A-Bration leaflet.  This one is on page 15 and is called Honeycomb Happiness.  It is designed to coordinate with our cute little honeycomb embellishments, check out the page below.

Thanks for visiting today and if you would like to place an order for £45 and get this fabulous free stamp set then please click on my link "shop now"

Beautiful Botanicals

I'm loving everything from Stampin' Ups botanicals range, check out pages 26 & 27 of the Spring catalogue. Below is a display from my launch party and also a close up of some of the projects I made too.

It has been snowing here in Northern Ireland, we don't get much snow here so we're not used to it and don't cope very well getting around in it.  Good excuse to stay in and craft today! Hope the weather is not too bad where you live. Keep warm and have a great weekend.

Every girl needs a new handbag!

Good morning, I'm so looking forward to my launch party tomorrow and seeing all my customers! I have been working on lots of projects for my display using the fantastic new products from our Spring catalogue. It was an easy task as I love everything! The most difficult part was deciding what to use first...

I used paper from a lovely new paper pack called Birthday Bouquet and the brand new pink glimmer card. The photo doesn't do it justice as it is very sparkly in really life.  I got the original idea for this handbag from a fellow demonstrator from the U.S. called Becky Roberts, have a look at her blog called Inking Idaho
Becky sells PDF templates that are really good.  Anyway I bought the handbag template from Becky some years ago but have since went on to resize it bigger and smaller, the one on the photo is a larger version. It is a useful little gift bag for holding jewellery or chocolate, what girl doesn't love a little bag containing something lovely?

I'll be back soon with more samples from my launch party, I hope you come back for those.

Beautiful festive flower

Hello there, are you all super busy trying to get everything sorted out before the big day?  I always feel like I have loads of time then realise I haven't and end up rushing everything!

Today I'm sharing another make from my last class which featured gift wrapping.  We used Stampin' Ups take out boxes, they come flat but are so easy to build up and they are a really good size. The beautiful flower on top was made using a large leaf out of the leaflets framelit dies, I cut out silver glimmer card and music note paper from the Home for Christmas dsp.  The smaller centre was made using the festive flower punch and finished off with a large pearl bead. I attached it using a silver mini peg so the recipient doesn't damage the flower when opening the gift.  It would look fab attached to a gift bag too.

I'll be back with another project from the class which was a great box that holds a mini bottle of wine or a nice Olive oil or vinegar so I hope you can come back to see that.  Good luck with the shopping!

Christmas thank you

Hi everyone, thought I would share my hostess club thank you. I created the blue and gold card using a sky blue card base then cut a strip from the lovely vellum papers in the Christmas catalogue and added the reindeer clip as a little extra.

I like to give my loyal customers of my club a little extra at Christmas and this year they all received the metal rimmed pearls.  The square pillow box was the perfect size to hold them. I cut the two pieces for the box out and using the large Dots for Days stamp, I stamped in versamark and added gold embossing powder. The effect this created was lovely and glossy but unfortunately it doesn't show up so well in the photo. I also embossed the wooden Thanks and added it to the box with some seam binding ribbon and gold cord.

I'll be starting a new hostess club in 2016 and if you would be
interested in hearing more about joining in please contact me, I
would be delighted to have you join us.

I'll be back soon with some gift wrapping ideas from a recent class I held, please come back for that.
